Glofox alternative
Weighing up an alternative to Glofox.
Glofox targets class-led fitness businesses and comes with a branded member app. Corenta focuses on the package and session routine of Pilates, reformer and physio studios. The difference usually shows in what your studio actually needs.
Staying with Glofox can make sense if a branded member app, built-in online payments and automated marketing journeys are your priority.[2]
Corenta is worth a look if you want to see the price on the website, try it for 14 days without a card and run packages where the credit is used at booking.

How things work in Corenta
- A session credit is used when the booking is made, not when the class ends. Remaining credits and every movement show on the client record.
- You set the cancellation window. Cancelling within it returns the credit; after it, whether the credit is used depends on your setting.
- Group classes track capacity and attendees separately; once full, no new bookings are taken.
- A client can freeze a package for the number of days they choose, and those days are added to the expiry date. An admin can extend an active package by 1 to 365 days.
Who Glofox may suit better
- You want clients to book and pay in an app that carries your brand.[2]
- You want online payments run inside the software through providers such as Stripe or GoCardless.[2]
- You want automated marketing journeys by email, SMS and push.[2]
- You are opening branches in several countries. Glofox says it runs in 15+ languages with local payment providers for multi-location use.[2]
Who Corenta is not for
- You want clients to pay online. In Corenta clients cannot pay in the app or through a link; you record payments by hand as cash, bank transfer or card terminal.
- You want automated SMS, WhatsApp messages or email campaigns. Reminders go out as app notifications; Corenta does not send SMS or WhatsApp messages.
- You want your own branded app in the stores. Your clients use the shared Corenta app with your studio code.
- You want clients to pick a reformer or a spot. That is not available today; group class capacity is a single number.
- You need auto-renewing memberships, gift cards or retail sales. Corenta works with session packages.
- You need e-invoicing or an accounting integration. Those are not available; you can export CSV from the web panel.
- You need Google Calendar sync, Zoom, ClassPass-style connections or AI features. Those are not available today.
- You want instructors to work from a computer. The web panel is for owners and admins; instructors and clients use the mobile app.
- You expect phone or live chat support. Support is in writing.
