Reformer
Capacity and package logic for reformer classes.
Set up reformer classes as group classes and run capacity, package entitlement and the waitlist under one rule. Apparatus or equipment selection is not available today.

Group class setup
Recurring class template
A recurring group-class template is defined by weekday and time; the template links to a service, a specialist and a branch.
Capacity is a single number
You enter the capacity yourself, for example the number of reformers in the room; once full, no further participant is accepted. Which client uses which apparatus is not recorded.
Waitlist for full classes
A client joins the queue for a full class; when a seat opens the next person receives a time-limited booking offer, and the seat is held while the offer is open.
Packages and cancellation
Package entitlement
Attendance uses a package session. The entitlement is used up at booking time, and movements are tracked in a ledger.
Cancellation rule
A cancellation inside the studio's own window returns the session entitlement; for a cancellation after the window, whether the entitlement is used up depends on the studio's setting.
Client calendar
A client can add the class to their phone calendar; a calendar subscription reflects cancellations and time changes.
Not available today
- No reformer or equipment selection; seats are not assigned per apparatus.
- No equipment inventory or maintenance tracking.
- Online payment from clients is not taken; payments are recorded by hand.
- No recurring series for individual appointments.
Scope of this page
