Import your client list
A CSV with name, email and phone, up to 200 rows. You preview it first. Download the template and fill it in.
Set up services and packs
How long each service is and what it costs, and how many sessions each pack has. Setup quests take you through it in order.
Type in the balances
As you sell each client a new pack, enter the sessions and days they have left. Pack, session, payment and booking history doesn't move over by itself.
Invite your team
Instructors sign in with their own accounts, and their permissions follow their role.
When you're ready
Give it a real week.
Download the app, set up your studio and run it with real bookings for two weeks. We won't ask for a card. If you stay, you subscribe through your app store.
