Instructors

Instructors teach, and the app keeps the books.

Instructors see their own day, attendance, session notes, client files and earnings. When they tick off a group class, the sessions come off each pack.

Clients

Clients book for themselves and keep track of their own pack.

Home, appointments, my pack, messages and profile. Clients can see whether a cancellation will cost them the session, and they can dispute a no-show from the app.

The things you use every day

From the first booking to instructor pay, every part knows about the others.

Bookings know about packs, packs know about attendance, attendance knows what each instructor earned. You never type the same thing twice.

Appointment scheduling

Clients see what's free and book it themselves. The request comes to you and you approve it. Corenta's online booking writes to the same calendar from the app and from your studio's web page.

Class pack tracking

Every movement from the sale to the last session is on record. A session comes off the pack when it's booked, and freezes and extensions don't need any maths. Clients see how many sessions they have left on their own screen.

Group classes and waitlist

Group classes have a capacity. When one fills up, clients join the waitlist and get an offer if a spot opens. Instructors take attendance on their phone, and sessions come off packs by themselves.

Client management

Each client's bookings, pack, payments, intake form, session notes and measurements live in one file. Clients see their own bookings, pack and home exercises in their app.

Growth tools

Every Monday your studio gets its own quests. You set the month's revenue goal and see how close you are. When you pass a milestone, the app marks it with a badge and a small celebration. Your clients collect badges and fill up a loyalty card too.

Payments and reports

Record each payment in the client's file. The day's takings, the month's goal and instructor pay all come from that same record. You decide who sees the money.

Works when the internet drops and when someone gets a new phone.

Opens offline

If the connection drops, the app opens with the latest information it has and tells you you're offline.

Reminders set on the phone

Appointment reminders are also set on the client's phone, so they go off on time even without internet.

Add to calendar

Clients add a booking to their phone's calendar. If they subscribe to the calendar, cancellations and time changes update by themselves.

App lock

You can lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint. Your biometric data never leaves the phone.

Signed-in devices

See which devices are signed in to your account and remove any you don't recognise. Owners and managers can turn on two-step verification.

The client's own language

A client who speaks another language uses the app in their own. Corenta runs in 88 languages, right-to-left ones included.
