What you know about a client is half in a notebook, half on your phone and the rest in the instructor's head.

With Corenta

One file per client, organised in tabs.

The file shows the next booking, contact details and who to call in an emergency. Bookings, the pack and payments each have a tab. You add a booking or sell a pack from here.

You only notice a client has stopped coming when it's too late to do anything.

With Corenta

The list tells you who to call.

On the clients screen, packs about to end and people who haven't been in for a while have their own filters. Each name shows how many times they've come, and you can search by name.

Health notes sit on a sheet of paper at the front desk where anyone can read them.

With Corenta

Only the client and their instructor see health information.

The client fills in the intake form in three steps, giving consent as they go. Only the client and their assigned instructor can write in the health fields. A session note is kept as a draft and can't be edited once sent. Corenta keeps records; it doesn't diagnose or recommend treatment.

Questions people ask

A client management app, from the intake form to session notes.

Who can see a client's health information?

Only the client and their assigned instructor can see and write health fields. Consent is saved with the version of the text it was given for, and a new text asks again.

Can I fix a session note later?

Edit the draft as much as you like. A sent note can't be changed; that's what keeps the record trustworthy.

Does Corenta diagnose or suggest treatment?

No. Corenta is a business app. It keeps records, doesn't diagnose, doesn't suggest treatment and doesn't promise results.
