Session notes
A specialist saves the note as a draft and submits it when ready. A submitted note can no longer be changed or deleted. Notes are free text.
Measurements
Weight, height, pain scale (VAS), pain location, sleep and body composition are recorded and followed over time.
Anamnesis
A client fills in the three-step anamnesis form and can view their own record. The form is fixed; there is no form builder.
Write access to health fields
Only the client and the specialist assigned to them write the blood group, allergy, chronic condition and medication fields; owners and managers cannot.
Personal data tools
Consent, copy and deletion
Consent records are kept; a person can take a copy of their own data from the app and request deletion of their account. The management side has an audit log. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
Home programme
A specialist assigns a home exercise with a title, description and frequency; the client marks it done.
