A completed session becomes an earning; who sees what and who records payments is set separately.

From session to earning
When an appointment is marked completed, the specialist's earning accrues in the ledger. If the appointment turns to cancelled or no-show, an unpaid earning is voided. It works when the earnings module is on.
Fixed fee or rate
A fixed session fee or a commission rate is set per specialist; if neither is set, the studio's default rate applies.
Lock on paid earnings
Checks prevent an earning marked as paid from being changed afterwards or recorded twice.
The specialist's own screen
A specialist sees their own earnings by period.
Separating finance access
Who sees what
The owner sees the studio's financial data. For a manager, finance access is off by default; only the owner turns it on, person by person.
Recording payments needs the same permission
Recording a payment and issuing a refund require the same finance permission.
Reports and export
The web panel offers CSV export of clients, calendar and finance.
Not available today
- No money is transferred; the paid mark is a record.
- No payroll and no shift planning; working hours and leave exist.
- No e-invoice/e-archive or accounting integration; CSV export only.
- Online payment from clients is not taken; payments are recorded by hand.
