Moving from spreadsheets
Know from the start what moves when you leave spreadsheets and paper.
You can import your client list from a CSV. Package balances, appointment history and payments are not imported today; they are entered by hand.
What can move today
Client list from CSV
Upload a CSV of up to 200 rows with Name, Email and Phone columns. A preview is shown before the upload; duplicate and invalid rows are flagged.
Package balance by hand
A session balance left over from elsewhere is set up on the web panel's package sell screen by typing the session count and the validity in days. There is no bulk import.
Packages and payments by hand
Package set-up and sales and payment records are entered by hand from the manager screen. Online payment from clients is not taken.
In place of the sheet and the chat
Remaining sessions in a ledger
A package's remaining sessions and movements appear in a ledger instead of being worked out by hand in a sheet.
Clients see their own information
A client sees their appointment and package in their own app; the schedule does not have to be shared by message.
Booking page
The studio has a public booking page; a client signs in to book.
An exit route
The web panel offers CSV export of clients, calendar and finance.
Not available today
- No import of package balances, appointment history, payment history or team.
- If you like, send us your file: we move your client list and pack balances within 24 hours. Booking and payment history don't move over.
- In written questions, do not share health data, passwords or real client files.
