Pricing guide

How studio software is priced, and what makes it go up.

Pricing pages are hard to compare. Some charge by instructor, some by active customer, some by bookings, and some show no amount at all. Below we collected what each product says on its own page, with the date we checked. Corenta is one of these products, so its price is listed separately.

Check what makes the price go up

  • Pricing models differ a lot. TeamUp prices by monthly active customers, Eversports Manager by monthly bookings and Cliniko by practitioner count.[1][2][3]
  • Mindbody sets the amount in a sales conversation, while Glofox and bsport work by quote. With quote-based products, ask for contract length and renewal terms in writing.[4][5][6]
  • There may be fees on top of the subscription. Arketa lists 3% on its Individual plan, Momoyoga 5% on its free plan, and Fresha a one-time 20% on new marketplace clients.[7][8][9]
  • Branded apps, SMS bundles and setup often come as separate lines; add up the total monthly amount.
