[Studio name] cancellation and rescheduling policy

1. If you cancel or reschedule at least [24] hours before your class, the class goes back on your pack.
2. Later cancellations use up the class. [Option: Late cancellations do not use up the class, up to [1] time a month.]
3. If you do not turn up without letting us know, the class is used up.
4. If the studio cancels a class, it goes back on your pack.
5. In case of illness or another emergency, the studio may decide to return the class.
6. For group classes, cancel in the app or by [phone/message] so your spot can go to someone else.
7. Class packs are valid for [60] days from purchase. Ask the studio if you need to freeze your pack.
